Good features, a few kinks

I signed up for the Business Plan a few months ago, mainly for the Production Tracking and Multi-Channel Inventory Management. It's really powerful, and the COGS Calculator is incredibly useful for pricing. However, the initial setup for integrating with Shopify was a bit more involved than I expected, took a few tries to get everything mapped right. Customer service was helpful, but it could be a bit more intuitive from the start. Overall, good value though.
